E.motion
Emotions in Motion
My beloved thesis project as an Information Design Senior student.
I have given all the love I could have possibly poured into this one.
Do I plan on going for mass production of the game?
If the demand is right. But, really, it’s a passion of mine so whether it becomes profitable or not still makes me proud of it.
There is always an emotion felt when a person does something -
the same can hold very true for children. This is the main idea of e.motion, a board game that helps children learn about emotions through their own personal thoughts. Adults are also part of the gameplay, acting as guidance for the children.
Set in a town filled with emotions and led by the Mayor, townspeople interact with each other in different ways. These are your emotions in motion.

2012 calendar homework for Print and Publication class last July 2011.
Basically, each of us was assigned one emotion and whatever that word was, we were to show it in the calendar’s layout.Sadly, mine was “angry.” I couldn’t avoid not using images that expressed some sort of anger, but I tried my best with the layout. Sorry for the splatter of asterisks.
Check out the rest of the months (July-December) here.
DISCLAIMER: I do NOT own the photographs used in the calendar. Credits for the amazing high speed photographs to Jasper Nance. Check out her other photographs at Flickr. -
Font family showcase catalog last December 2011 for Typography class.
For this, I chose Avenir and Avenir Next. Why? Because I love them and they are inseparable. Whenever you talk about Avenir, never forget Avenir Next, and vice versa. Thank you, Adrian Frutiger, for such a sexy typeface.
P.S. Credits for content and pictures go to Linotype, BBC Network, and the city of Amsterdam. -

High ResolutionThat One and the Other
2010
What an old, nostalgic work. One of my earliest works using Adobe Photoshop without a graphics / pen tablet. Sadly, even up to now I don’t own any.
P.S. If you haven’t noticed, I used this for my manga pilot’s front page. Check it out while you’re at it. -

High ResolutionDone last November 2011 for Typography class.
A manifesto for your family name with background on the etymology and history.
Proud of my surname. What else can I say? -

High ResolutionI’m still alive after 2-3 months of going MIA.
Homework for one of my classes early this December. A No Entry signage, Art Nouveau style.
P.S. Happy New Year in advance! -
